King’s Room

The name for this room was inspired by a founding Boulder family who owned the King Ranch. Annie’s Place is now located on part of that property.

King’s Room is an upper-level room with large windows featuring picturesque views of the beautiful Boulder Mountain to the north and distinctive white Boulder slick rock ledges. These ledges highlight the amazing Boulder Sunsets in the evenings. This spacious room is handicap accessible and even has its own private porch for guests to enjoy the colorful Boulder sunrises.
